Business Skills & Knowledge of Methodologies:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent Communications skills – written and oral
• Quality Assurance and Testing methodology knowledge and experience (demonstrated for large multi-phased, concurrent projects)
• Software development life cycle (SDLC) practical knowledge
Experience and Technical Skills:
• Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in quality assurance and test planning for large and complex application systems using the industry best practices
• Strong proven analytical skill, being able to create effective test cases for complex projects based on business requirements and functional specifications
• Practical and proven knowledge and experience in performing various types of manual testing and defect management lifecycle using industry standard testing tools preferably HP ALM v12
• Siebel CRM Public Sector experience will be valuable
• Experience in creating automated test scripts using industry standard testing tools preferably HP QTP v12
• Strong Test Data creation and analysis skills with proven knowledge and experience with SQL to verify the integrity of data in database

Duties and Responsibilities
As Resource/ Account Manager you will be responsible for gaining new business through cold calling, client meetings and networking. You will also be a strong contributor in recruiting and relationship management of clients and consultants.
Solicitation of new Accounts as well as maintenance and service of an established Client base.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
You will run and manage candidates and job orders. You will be required to work independently if need arises.
You are expected to make at least 40 calls every day to connect with existing and potential clients.
You are expected to have at least 4 meetings every week with existing and potential clients.
